Local Reality TV Show

Position Description

We are looking for a Production Coordinator for a local reality TV show. We are in our 5th season and looking for a long term seasoned coordinator that is local to Indianapolis and can commit to a long term gig. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and move up in the ranks. We need someone who is organized, on time, can run a crew and is responsible.

The duties will include the following:

• Call Sheets
• Running the production PA’s
• CC receipts
• PC receipts
• keeping the office organized and clean
• Updating the online workflow
• Crafty shopping
• Basic office duties
• Archiving
• Lunch

Project Description

This is a house renovation show. There are many houses that are being worked on and shot at the same time that the crew must cover. The show follows the blueprint of several series on HGTV or DIY Network that showcase revitalization specialists who turn rundown homes into stunning remodels. In this case, it’s a mother/daughter duo transforming properties in and around their hometown of Indianapolis.
